Join us for NIEA’s 5th Annual Educator Day on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at the Buffalo Convention Center in Buffalo, New York. Educator Day is a dedicated space within the Convention experience to celebrate, support, and uplift Native-serving educators from across the country.

Educator Day brings together local and national teachers, administrators, and education advocates for a day of professional learning, collaboration, and connection grounded in community, practice, and shared purpose.

The day will feature:

• Inspiring keynote speakers
• Interactive breakout sessions and roundtable discussions
• Opportunities to share, reflect, and reconnect with fellow educators
• Resources, ideas, and strategies educators can carry back to their schools and communities

Registration for Educator Day is included within the Convention registration form. Attendees interested in participating in Educator Day should select the appropriate option when registering for Convention.
