As a pre-launch to convention, on Wednesday, October 9th, 2024 NIEA is hosting our 3rd Annual Educator Day at The Palm Springs Convention Center. We are bringing together local and national teachers for a day of collaboration, fellowship, and learning. Last year over 700 educators came from 39 states representing more than 150 tribal nations.  

NIEA recognizes the immense challenges our educators face year after year and we want to provide a day of appreciation for teachers as well as rich professional development, breakout sessions, roundtables, and keynote addresses. We will also provide swag bags and giveaways throughout the day.  
 

This event will be FREE for all educators and administrators who want to attend.

Educators who attend can receive a professional development certificate to verity attendance/participation upon request through the survey after the event. 

If attendees need a Continuing Education Unit (CEU), NIEA can provide one (1) CEU for $35.  Please indicate interest in a CEU during registration. Payment will be processed at a later date.
