HIGH SCHOOL POLICY

NIEA’s Native High School Policy Initiative is working together with the Campaign for High School Equity to strengthen high school education for Native students by:
1)Raising national and local awareness of achievement levels and gaps in student performance, teacher distribution, access to college ready curriculum and funding for high school reform in Indian country, and by 2)Advocating for policies promoting effective and meaningful education reflecting Native cultures, traditions, and languages.
