NIEA Membership
NIEA members are the lifeblood of this organization. For more than forty years, NIEA has connected people and organizations that are passionately helping Native children excel academically while being grounded in their unique languages and cultures. NIEA is the strategic pacesetter for Indian education policy and continues to develop key partnerships with other organizations to accomplish its mission and better serve its members. NIEA is the voice of American Indians, Alaska Natives and Native Hawaiians on the educational issues of the day.
Annual NIEA membership enables the creation of programs and services, and advocate to increase the educational excellence and opportunities for Native students, their families and their communities.
Membership Levels include:

$500 Corporate Membership – Applies to corporations, companies, and businesses and provides 10 printed copies of the NIEANews mailed to your office and one free Ad in the next issue.

$400 Organizational Membership – Applies to tribal governments, federal/state agencies, non-profit organizations, and educational institutions. Provides 10 printed copies of the NIEANews mailed to your office and one free Ad in the next issue.

$50 General (AI/AN/NH) and Associate (Non-Native) Memberships – Applies to individuals wishing to join the NIEA and includes one printed copy of the NIEANews delivered to your home.

$25 Elder and Student Memberships – Applies to members who are either 60 years of age or older, or a full-time student in either high school or a post-secondary institution. The membership includes one printed copy of the NIEANews delivered to your home.
Memberships last one year and are renewable at anytime.
